Finally! It’s warm enough to play outside. I survived my first day of Ultimate Frisbee with 2 people from ToyTown and had an awesome time. The ground is still a bit soggy but the winds we had to deal with, were reminiscent of those at the Well Field Park in Venice. There are a ton of geese in the Englischer Garten feeding themselves fat and happy until a dog comes by and scares the bejesus out of them…then the become geese missiles, twice I feared for my wee little life. Jay said that their pooh looked like asparagus…I will never look at asparagus the same way again.
We ended up throwing in a triangle with 3 frisbees, tossed between two people and rotating the action in clock-wise or counter. With the wind being a factor I got a lot of running under my belt.
Needless to say, I am dog tired and Alex is fighting a cold. He flies to Hamburg this weekend so I’m all by my lonesome Friday and Saturday…I should get a good crack at my Electrical and Photovoltak homework.
