Finally after one year.
I spared a few inches of this mane.(If you know the idiom…well, no, I didn’t escape from a dangerous situation. The stylist was very capable with her scissors.) So here’s the new cut. About 3.5 inches gone and layering around the front. I’m pretty happy and Alex likes it as well. It was a tad bit on the expensive side (~45 €). Around here, you either get a really bad cut for a hefty price or are really good one for an even heftier price. Considering I only do this about once a year, it’s not such a bad deal. One of the advantages to long hair that’s manageable.
The best part was feeling just a little bit pampered (i.e., head massage). Something that needs to be done during these so-called winter months. It’s been rainy, cold and gray for the past five days. But I walked out of the salon with a sunny disposition.

I had to cancel my hair appointment this week because I am not driving with my knee yet. Boo-hoo. I miss it.
Very nice indeed. I have to get my hair chopped soon…it’s becoming a little unwieldy and I’m getting bored with it!!
nice!!! a good stylist is worth every penny. michelle, whom you met on new years, went to s stylist trained in curly hair. cut alone was $100. and she’s going back bc its the only cut shes ever been happy with. mine, with highlights and a $20 tip, totaled $150, and considered a bargain for the 3 hrs she spent with me. (future cuts and touchups will be far less.) looks great!
New cut gets a hearty thumbs up from me
