With that thought, I'll join those Munich residence who choose to stay behind and take this holiday weekend as a true blessing. After packing the kitchen full of goodies because all stores were closed on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, we enjoyed a weekend of good, healthy eating in the comfort of our home and sunny balcony. Aside from Alex's mis-hap of nearly bitting through his tongue and insisting on being a boy and grossing me out every view minutes with his bloody, flesh wound, we took pleasure spending much need time with one another. Yesterday, we rode our bikes through the Englischer Garten all the way to northern border and enjoyed a half liter Dunkel Helles, Radler and a big pretzel at the Aumeister Biergarten. I hope you all enjoyed your weekend too.
In other news, the knee is doing well. But according to the physical therapist I need to work on getting full flexibility in my left knee. Right now, it's about 95% as flexible as my healthy knee cold and 99% as flexible warm. I'll talk to the Orthopedic surgeon in a week.
And Finally, after almost 2 years of living in Germany, I'm proud to say I have developed allergies to Munich's spring pollen. Hooray! Here's to hacking a lung. *Cough* *Cough*

glad you had nice weekend
glad you guy had a relaxing greak. no, the tooth paste is on the market here in the US. my favorite is Crest ProHealth b/c it also helps with gingivitis (which leads to periodontitis and tooth loss esp in older people). if your gums dont bleed when flossing, you're in good condition, better than most!
